Dressing up as a couple can be so much fun, if you've got a plan. Here are some power couples you might want to consider imitating this year for Halloween!
Think of classic cartoons couples such as Popeye and Olive Oyl, Fred and Wilma Flintstone, Homer and Marge Simpson, Minnie and Mickey, Daffy and Daisy Duck, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy...just to name a few.
Think of foods that go together, like eggs and bacon, peanut butter and jelly, catsup and mustard, salt and pepper, and macaroni and cheese.
I saw a cool couple sporting this costume a few years ago...on the back of his costume it says, "I've got nuts." On the back of hers it says, "I don't." Think of a funny play on words and how you could incorporate it into a costume.
Famous couples are always fun to dress up as. You could be Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, or Jay-Z and Beyonce, Ozzie and Sharon Osbourne, or John Lennon and Yoko Ono. The power-couple possibilities are endless!
Those magical Disney characters will always make great costumes. Get your significant other and dress up like Tarzan and Jane, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, Ariel and Eric, Belle and the Beast, just to name a few.
One of the most creative couples costumes I've ever seen was Flo from Progressive Insurance and Mayhem Man from Allstate Insurance. Want to tackle some famous competitors? Try Mike Tyson vs. Evander Holyfield, Ford vs. Chevy, or Pepsi vs. Coke.
